I have an issued with most of my slightly used iPads. When they are returned to me after a student leave our school district. I normally restore them through itunes and get them ready for the new student. Lately most of these devised will no longer go to the build back from icloud screen, just goes straight to the log in screen for Manitou. If I have a student that needs a replacement, I can no longer just easily build it back from the cloud, I have to built from iTunes and that is not always possible, if an ipad is dead and I can not do an itunes back up.
I have called AW, but they are not sure what's going on. Any suggestions. I would love to have this fixed.
