Hi All,
Please check out this new webpage:
Of note: Starting this fall in Xcode 7, everyone who has an Apple ID and is over 13 years old will be able to build apps that run directly on their Apple devices without joining a developer program. A beta version of Xcode 7 is available for download.
Are you a high school programming instructor? Do you want to learn how to teach Swift to your high school students? If so, here is the iTunes U course you have been looking for:
This is a course for a teacher that will enable them to build their own curriculum.
The prerequisites say this:
"This course assumes the instructor has read a book on iOS programming, has experience creating basic iOS apps and that the instructor is comfortable with Swift. Students are expected to have prior programming experience, such as programming with Java, C++, Objective-C, Python or Ruby, in an introductory programming course. Students are not required to have prior experience with Swift.” Enjoy!
