If you have not been to a Mac Tech event I wanted to put it on your radar. I found some of the tools and advice to be real helpful with our Mac heavy environment. It's $200 for edu pricing and is on June 8th. Two helpful things I took away from last year are 1) Seeing how to troubleshoot iCloud files in the library 2) Getting scripts and guidance on a fancier networked time machine setup.
