Good afternoon,
Yesterday, Apple announced new resources for Learning to Code at the elementary level. First, there are two new Teacher Guides (in iBooks format) for getting started with code.
In those books, you’ll see some lessons that focus on third-party apps, such as Tynker and codeSpark Academy. I’m attaching a couple of screen shots that show the Swift integration in the Tynker app. For some of the activities, you can easily toggle between plain English and Swift code. Notice the Tynker and Swift buttons in the lower left.
