Important: If you are currently a PowerSchool customer who has synced user or roster data to Apple School manager using SFTP, it is critical that you contact me for guidance about how to potentially move forward with SIS integration.

Apple School Manager
Apple School Manager is coming out of Preview on Wednesday, May 17th. This release will help administrators create and manage Managed Apple IDs faster, easier, and in ways that fit into their existing workflows. There is a redesigned user interface, powerful ways to manage bulk activities, and greater control over accounts and classes.
What's New
- Streamlined user interface
- Bulk actions such as the ability to delete unused or inactive accounts
- Activity view that logs all actions including those that run in the background
- Improved search and filtering for accounts and classes
- Create up to five Administrator accounts
- Support for PowerSchool SIS integration
Availability
- All existing Apple School Manager accounts will automatically get the new features on May 17th in the afternoon (Pacific Time).
- PowerSchool SIS integration will also be available on May 17th. To help get prepared to integrate SIS with Apple School Manager refer to this article: https://support.apple.com/kb/HT20740. This article will provide additional details on Wednesday regarding requirements for the PowerSchool plug-in.
