Xcode 7.3.1 is now available and addresses the following:
Git
Available for: OS X El Capitan v10.11 and later
Impact: A remote attacker may be able to execute arbitrary code
Description: A heap-based buffer overflow issue existed in the
handling of filenames. This issue was addressed by updating git to
version 2.7.4.
