Hi Everyone,
Apple has released the following KBase article that outlines an issue of apps not installing via MDM in iOS 9.2. Apple plans to resolve the issue with a future software update.

For those of you in the various Developer programs, or the iOS for IT program, you can download a beta of 9.2.1 that was released this morning and test MDM-based app deployment against it. We’d appreciate your immediate feedback on this beta of iOS, per your Apple SE and/or the feedback channels of those programs.
