Hello all
I hope you are all ready for the Thanksgiving Break!
We recently sent out invitations to tour Mercer Island School District to see a one-to-one program that engages all students. This would be a great invitation to share with your Principals. They will have the opportunity to engage with other educational leaders and to see and discuss how the integration of digital tools and project based learning are impacting classrooms.
The agenda includes opportunities to:
See iPad in action across the curriculum (classroom observations in different curricular areas).
Learn how students at Mercer Island Schools use their digital tools to access, analyze, and synthesize information in their learning.
See a one-to-one, project-based learning environment.
Interact with the technology teams and classroom teachers about implementation in the school and in individual classrooms.
Visit classrooms where technology is integrated into the curriculum rather than covered in standalone technology classes.
