Which version of WebObjects is it, exactly? Is it the original 5.0
release, or 5.1 or 5.2? Have you applied all of the relevent updates
to the installation?

How are you getting the NSTimeZone? Are you explicitly invoking one of
NSTimeZone's factory methods? Or is it happening as a side effect of
something else you're doing?

Do you adjust your whole computer to GMT? If not, how do you do this?
What timezone was your computer set to in the beginning?
