Deploying on W2000?

I am trying to deploy my WebObject app on a W2000
server running IIS.
I am running into a lot of problems and the
Documentation is less than helpful.
Does anyone have a step by step guide to the procedure
of deploying an App developed on MacOSX and deployed
on W2000.
I have created the split builds by running the the
pbxbuild command line utility for the Deployment and
WebServer build styles then copied them to the W2000
server. Have got the Monitor application running but
am not sure I am entering the right settings.
Have chosen the CMD file as the app and made an
instance and started it but when you click on the
instance link it comes up with a page not found error.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
