Having Deployment Problems!!!!!!!

I have followed every step in the Deployment
Documentation and I still can not get my app to work.

I am getting Page Not Found errors when trying to
connect to my app instance.

I am deploying on W2000 server running IIS and have
developed my app on Mac OS X.

Does anyone know of some common issues that my be
causing this to happen.

I have copied the two split files into their
respective positions on the server.

I have launched Monitor, set the Site Tab Adaptor
Setting to "C:\Inetpub\scripts\WebObjects.dll"

Set the host to the IP address of the Server.

Added an application by the name of "artcollection"
and add an instance of this app and turned it on.

When I click on the name link in Detail View I get
this error. When I manually launch the .CMD file and
copy the URL it says is waiting for responses and
paste it into a browser I get this same error.

HELP!!!! I am starting to pull my hair out.

Toby
