A <<-->> B is modeled as A <-->> AB <<--> B

If I want to access an attribute in the correlation (or join) entity AB, I delete the flattened to-many relationships A -->> B and B -->> A. I make the underlying to-many relationship A -->> AB and B -->> AB class properties. I make the underlying to-one relationships AB --> A and AB --> B class properties.

And I unset AB's primary keys as being used for optimistic locking (get rid of the lock icons). Not sure why EOModeler sets these attributes to be used for locking.

If I don't need to traverse certain of these relationships, I usually remove them from the list of class properties because I've noticed some excessive fetching at times when both a relationship and its inverse relationship are class properties.

This configuration seems to work fine, but if anyone has any corrections, warnings, suggestions, etc., I'm all ears.
