ADC WebObjects licences

Does anybody know for sure if the $399 WebObjects licenses sold through
ADC are identical to the $699 one at the Apple Store? Indeed I am
wondering if those could be development licences only.

I got my first licence from ADC, it was a 5.0 and it was exactly the same as the commercial one with dev and dep licences. I think there is no differences at all.
