When you look through the launch arguments in the ProjectBuilder console, is
WOAutoOpenInBrowser=true?  Have you changed your launch arguments?

Have you added a Properties file to your project where you set
WOAutoOpenInBrowser to false?  Have you changed the property in your
Application constructor?

Are you sure your browser isn't simply taking a VERY long time to launch?
