WO 5.1 vs 5.2 & cheapest DB

I own WO 5.1, and was using a trial of OpenBase to setup some web
sites. Openbase
pricing appears to have changed ( i think ) and am i correctc now that
the cheapest option
to get WO enabled openbase license is $2000?? So WO 5.1 does
nicely in developing
database driving web sites but to pay $500 for WO 5.1 and then and
additional $2000 so i
can write some fairly simple database driving web pages seems high.
What would paying $700 for WO 5.2 get me? is there any built-in
database integration with
WO 5.2? any other good datbase options people can recommend other
than OpenBase?
that will work with EOModeler and such?
