WO5.2 JC Examples Won't Start

I've now loaded 5.2.1 and I can not get any of the JC examples to start from
the browser where I see this:
Please click here to start JCStudios through WebStart.
and follow it's instruction to get the error given below.
Windows cannot open this file:
File: JavaClient[1].jnlp
To open this file, Windows needs to know what program created it. Windows
can go online to look it up automatically, or you can manually select from a
list of programs on your computer.
What do you want to do?
Use the Web service to find the appropriate program
Select the program from a list
I can't find webstart on my computer or online at the suggested link (
http://shell.windows.com/fileassoc/0409/xml/redir.asp?Ext=jnlp )which just
says:
Microsoft Windows .NET File Associations
Windows Home Pages |

File Type: Unknown
Description: Windows does not recognize this file type.

So how do I get to view the Jave Client Apps as I am interested in creating
one soon
