When adding files and Frameworks to a project, PB presents a window
asking for which target ("Add To Targets"). The three choices are your
project target, Web Server, and Application Server. Usually I have to
add Frameworks to the Application Server target. How does one determine
which target is appropriate for adding Frameworks? I assume you add to
the project's target if the Framework is needed for compilation, but
what are the rules for the other targets?
