Your problem appears to be that your QTime framework is in a path that
includes a spaces - ".../Program Files/...". Try putting the QTJava zip
files in a different directory or change the framework path definition
to:
"C:/Progra~1/JavaSoft/JRE/1.3.1/lib/ext/QTJava.zip""
Also note that on Windows there's apparently a 255 char path limit.
