Hi,
The problem is that you have a space charcter in your classpath :
c:/Program
Files/...
In Apple Docs, they say that WO does not be installed in Prg Files
directory, there the problem.
Try to declare your JRE_Lib_Ext directory to something like
c:\JDK1.3.1_01\JRE\Lib\Ext
And in Start->Parameters->ControlPanel->JavaPlugIn say explicitely to use
the JVM in c:\JDK1.3.1_01 ....
After that, verify your environment variables to ensure that JRE_lib_Ext
points to the appropriate directory.

PS : remeber that WO is originnally a Next Product, so space chars is seen
as separtors.
