RAW ROWS solved

I have manage to start retrieveing raw rows and Think that I can now
manage my info.  At least in a basic fashion.  I'm using
rawRowsWithQualifierFormat.

Is there a way which I can apply a sort to this fetch, or can I sort
the resulting dictionary by one of the fields?
Can I access the data in the dictionaries, or do I have to instantiate
each row as an EO to retrieve the information?
