I'm not clear what you are asking. Do you mean to deploy a WO app on a J2EE server? While WO uses parts of J2EE, it is architecturally different from (and better than) the parts of J2EE used to construct web apps.

Or do you mean you want a cross-platform IDE? If, so Eclipse and WOProject/WOLips is the answer:
