There is little to explain, I think:
- I am running 10.2.6 OSX server with the most current Jaguar dev tools
and WO 5.2.
- I installed the Jaguar XCode preview on my machine, vanilla install
(ADC mailing version)
- I develop Cocoa apps using Xcode
- I continue to develop my WO apps using the previously installed
ProjectBuilder. I take care to open my WO projects using
ProjectBuilder, not XCode
- WOBuilder works fine -- I can launch it from within PB and the
interaction between it and PB works as usual
- I can launch EOModeler from within PB.
- Rapid turnaround works
- I have just finished building a small non-EOModel WO project under
these conditions. Everything works fine. I use pbxbuild from the
command line to do installs.
- I just rebuilt a large (for me) EOModel based project. Evrything
worked fine, install from the command line.
NOTE-----> I have not attempted to build a new EOModel or to insert
EO's from a model into a project
Your mileage may vary.

Can you explain us how to get working WO and Xcode in the same
machine...

This has been my experience doing development with WO 5.2 on OSX
Server 10.2.6:
I have both ProjectBuilder and XCode preview installed.
I am fully able to develop a WO app using PB, WOBuilder and EOModeler.
I am experimenting with XCode to build Cocoa apps.
Everything coexists nicely.
