Sean,

For what it's worth, Eclipse rocks!  I have over 20 years of experience
developing (specializing in Microsoft development).  I recently began
developing for WebObjects due to the need to be platform independent (and
learned most of the good stuff from this  group).  Bottom line, Eclipse is
the way to go, regardless of whether or not you are doing cross-platform
stuff.  It's stable and has a butt load of more features than
ProjectBuilder.
