Just above the empty space should be a horizontal bar, which has an "===" in
the center.  Drag that down, and you'll see your files.  This happens
sometimes when Project Builder's defaults database gets corrupt, which
explains why it works when logging into the local domain.  It's a
Windows-only bug, AFAIK.
