Migration from windows to Mac

I am trying to migrate a WebObjects application from Windows to Mac.
It runs very well on Windows. It has got a few Web Components and other
Java classes. I migrated all properly and used ProjectBuilder on Mac to
create Groups etc..
and properly reference all such files.
When I build I get the followinf error message
package com.webobjects.foundation does not exist etc....several such
errors..
Am I missing anything? My installation environment on Mac is fine as I am
able to open
other examples, build and run them.
