Apologies for the cross-posting, but I wanted to get this out to
those who had asked for this and I don't have all their email
addresses.
A number of people have asked me for my code for implementing proxy
support in Java Client. Here it is:

All I did was to strip this code from my project and try to remove
any references to proprietary stuff. This code works with 5.2 and up.
There were changes made to the startup sequence of Java Client apps
between 5.1 and 5.2 that means not all of this code would work with
earlier versions of WO.
No attempt was made to pretty-up this code or add more useful
comments. Use at your own risk. If you have questions, I will try to
answer them and perhaps update the code as necessary.
