Long Operation Flag function in WebObjects?

  • Subject: Long Operation Flag function in WebObjects?

   Greetings!

Is anyone aware of some function flag provided by WebObjects, along the lines of :

   "Long Operation Flag"

which enables long operations that require large amounts of memory to NOT run
out of memory (without allocating more virtual memory to the machine)?

Someone brought it up its existence during our weekly development meeting, and I
did a Google search on those keywords, sadly to no avail.

   Please let me know!

   Thanks very much,
   Janice
