They were always red in Xcode 1.0

Just upgraded to xcode 1.1 and two odd things are occurring:
1) _WO$(CLIENT_UNIQUIFIER) and _WO$(SERVER_UNIQUIFIER) are red in the
project list. I don't recall this in xcode 1.0 and am wondering if it
a serious problem because (see 2)...
2) I can compile with no errors, get "build succeeded" and "running
custom script" but the project does not run.
I've cleaned all targets and checked new preferences to ensure all was
tidy, but no luck.
