ProjectBuilder debugger for framework code?

I'm trying to figure out how to use the debugger in OSX ProjectBuilder (OSX 10.2.8; I'm not on Panther/XCode yet). It seems to be fairly straightforward.... but I can't figure out how to set a breakpoint at a line in framework code. This must be possible, right? Any hints?
