Uninstall or downgrade of ProjectBuilder

Is there a way to uninstall or downgrade Project Builder? I think the only way to resolve it is for me to uninstall the December tools and install the July or August 2002 tools. The developer installer doesn't allow downgrading and I seem to be unable to remove all traces of projectBuilder from my hard-drive.
