Search all of the .woo files underneath $NEXT_ROOT and remove the line

encoding = NSMacOSRomanStringEncoding

For some reason Apple decided to include this MAC encoding on the
Windows install. You could also replace it with the appropriate one for
Windows, but I just removed it. In my case, this prevented WOStats from
showing properly, I do not use monitor.

Trying to launch the JavaMonitor on Windows 2000 and I get the
following:

java.io.UnsupportedEncodingException: NSMacOSRomanStringEncoding

Any advice?
