The setting isn't being reset; Run Action and Debug Action are 2
configurations that must be set. They are independent of one another.
The value you must set for Debug Action is Java Debugger. You don't
need to change the value of Run Action.
PB doesn't retain whether you chose to set Run Action or Debug Action
last; it seems to always display Run Action until you change it.
