I'm using Sybase PowerAMC to build my database CDM (conceptual data model) and PowerAMC can generate SQL scripts for lots of databases : Oracle, Sybase, MySQL, postgreSQL but unfortunately not FrontBase or Openbase. I guess it might not be very difficult to adapt the generated SQL script to make it work on the two latter databases but it would much easier if EOModeler could reverse engineer Sybase ASE 12.5 and postgreSQL schemas now that these two databases run on OS X. There has always been a Sybase support with WebObjects so what has been added to the 5.2 version that is now supposed to have equal support of Oracle and Sybase ?

Anyone has an experience with Sybase and/or PostgreSQL schema reverse engineering with EOModeler. I will try PostgreSQL very soon ;-)

Thank you

Serge
