You know we offer free, 90-day phone support for installation problems,
right? Have you tried calling? The number's in the 5.2 box.

No you don't... you hate Windows!
General tips: After you uninstall, reboot. Make sure you're using the 5.2
uninstaller. If something hangs, check the Event Viewer for clues. Check
your PATH (see my email from yesterday). Make sure you didn't install into
a pathname with spaces, or onto a network volume.
