I just shipped BDXmlRpcForWO 1.0.0, an Open Source framework that
adds an XML-RPC request handler to WebObjects 5.1 or 5.2. (It might
work with 5.0 or earlier as well, I haven't tested it with any of
those releases.)

It requires Apache XML-RPC 1.1 or later, available from
<http://xml.apache.org/xmlrpc/>.
It's as easy to use as the SOAP support in WebObjects 5.2; just add a
couple of lines of code to your application's constructor and you can
vend the public methods of a class via XML-RPC.
