Yes, definite interest. I bet a newsgroup format would encourage more participation and I too prefer it to exchanging information via a mailing list.

Would there be any interest in creation of a Usenet newsgroup for
discussion Webobjects? I'd be willing to head the process for creation of
one (something like comp.lang.java.webobjects, probably)


I just find mailing lists to be unwieldy, and having a Usenet group could
be helpful in bringing more web developers to our side.
