Introduction/Deployment_Options.html :
The client-side application of WebObjects Java Client applications runs
on any Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.3.1 or later system.
Mac OS 9 doesn't meet this requirement, so I wouldn't expect a Java
Client app to run on it.
