1. Select the Project Builder "Targets" tab.
2. Flip open the "Executables" disclosure triangle and select the
executable to be debugged.
3. In the Targets template, scroll down to the "Launch Configuration"
section at the bottom.
4. In the "Configure" pop-up button, select "Debug action".
5. In the "Launch using" pop-up button, select "Java Debugger".
