For Chuck and anyone else interested in knowing the resolve of this problem:
I found that the binding on the WOForm for enctype was not set to
"multipart/form-data" which cause the ClassCastException in this case

It is usually pretty good about mentioning the class of the object that
failed the cast. It would be good to know that.

Is jobImage of type NSData and imgFileName of type String? Check the
signatures of the methods you have bound to! No, really, go look at them.
Are they what you expect?
