I have found that PB will crash if you build and launch and then go
back into PB to make changes and not stopping the application withing
PB (that big red stop icon?)

According to Apple's Knowledge Base, WO 5.1.4 hasn't been tested with
the December 2002 Developer Tools
(http://www.info.apple.com/kbnum/n72598), so this might explain your
problem. Is anyone else having problems using the December 2002
Developer Tools with a WO version earlier than 5.2?
