Eclipse Bug 30499: "The classfile is not on the Classpath"

When trying to double-click a class file within a WO project, I get the
error, "The Classfile is not on the Classpath." Anyone know how to fix
this? I've looked on the Eclipse site and found very little that actually
shows a fix.
