Yes, WebObjects would do a great job for this application. But actually it's
a very simple application, and WO is not the only possible or appropriate
solution, particularly if you have to start from scratch to learn WO in order
to create it...

... though if you're planning to do a lot more WO work in the future then it
would be a great launching pad to get to see how it works.

If you are already familiar with any other web languages such as PHP or ASP,
or a procedural programming language, tacked onto a relational database, and
you know basic SQL, then I would recommend a solution such as PHP/MySQL (or
whatever DB you have access to) as the quickest and easiest to deploy
solution. If you are likely to move further into WO or much bigger projects
then by all means get into WO. Just don't fool yourself that it's going to
all be easy.
