One gotcha we ran into (repeatedly) was in making sure that the page returned after the "logout" did not try to reuse the session that was just terminated.

There's nothing hard to avoiding it but it's easy to forget to do.
IIRC, the post-logout page can't have any components on it, just
direct actions.
