And that is a point that I think is worth making again. The Java docs
have always sucked and all the docs sucked after 4.5 was released. A
lot of us got in the habit of not even bothering to look at the docs
as we knew it was a waste of time.
But that is no longer the case. With 5.2 came new, very good
documentation. No, its not perfect, but it is very good. I've been
reading through some of it and even after using WO for years I'm
learning a few things here and there. Go on-line and read it, it is
well worth your time. The printed docs shipped with WO are mostly an
introduction. The real meat of the matter is on-line.

but the "Web Applications" document off the WO reference page really
gets into some complex stuff, explained in relatively simple ways. It's
still complex stuff sometimes, and maybe daunting, but when you are
ready to learn more, it's there for you.
