Missing file or directory: ...Session.java

Hi Everybody,
I created my project in /Users/alexeagar/ and then moved it to
/Users/alexeagar/Programs/. Well everything was fine for a while,
until I edited my Session.java file and now I get the message "Missing
file or directory: /Users/alexeagar/MyProgram/Session.java". Well
that's just great! Of course there's no
/Users/alexeagar/MyProgram/Session.java, because it's supposed to be
/Users/alexeagar/Programs/MyProgram/Session.java. Do any of you know
why this happens and how I can fix it? I'd like to know how it
happened and how to fix it just in case in the future I have to move my
program again onto another machine.
