This is only on IE v5.X (currently v5.2) on the Mac. This could occur
within seconds of making a previous request. For example, WebObjects aside,
when I'm working with my bank via their online services, 30 seconds after
making a previous request (and successfully being served the page), I get
prompted as if I'm not logged in any longer. This leads me to the
conclusion that it is IE and NOT WebObjects.
Do you mean that you are just sitting there, not clicking on anything,
and you get this message? HTTP is not a push technology. Something
is making another request. If it is not you, it is something on the
machine making a request. Perhaps you have a virus? A malfunctioning
browser plug-in?

I was initially going to write an email asking why IE seemed to have
problems with my WebObjects apps. Then I noticed the problem is with ALL
web sites.
Has anyone else noticed a problem with IE where the session times out after
a VERY short period of time? IE also continues to ask me for my autofill
settings time and time again.
I realize this is not directly a WebObjects question, but it is slowing down
my development / learning progress. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
We've have had some of our customers report similar behavior, but I haven't
been able to track down the problem yet.
What version of IE and Windows are you using?
