Generally, yes, you can deploy an app compiled with 1.3.1 under 1.4.1, and
vice-versa, if that's what you're asking.  Just beware of any API
differences between the two.  And keep in mind this isn't supported, so
don't come crying to Apple when it doesn't work. :-)

However, I wouldn't recommend developing under WebObjects 5.2.1 and
deploying under 5.2.  It might work if you're lucky, but you'll save on
regression testing and hair-pulling if you use the same versions.
