Hi, just coming back to Mac Web Server, after getting a bad taste in my
mouth. Bought 10.1 and 7 months later the upgrade with no upgrade path other
than full price.

Well bought the 10.2 Server (unlimited) and found within one day

It would not install on one of my boxes (file server 1.25 gig/800 fire
wire), had to get a new version of 10.2.3 Server software which is not even
used as a start up disk, plus you can't use third party disk repair
utilities on this machine. DiskWarrior has assured me their new version will
take care of the situation.

Also the new Server software came with Web Objects 5.1 not 5.2, what's the
deal with that. Apple has been no help !!!!!!

The kb articles on the correct way to install the patches in sequence on my
development machine and my deployment machine has left me with a real pain.

Is it just me, or what-- Is there not one good technical writer and/or
writers who can apply themselves to put out instruction which one can follow
well enough to at least install the software onto a machine with some degree
of confidence and ease.

What ever happened to Apple's ease of use?
