I heard that webobjects can make cross-platform applications. Is this true?

WebObjects 5.x is pure Java, so it will theoretically run on any platform with J2SE 1.3.1 installed as long as WebObjects Java jar files are installed on the Java class path. Java isn't without some portability problems, so Apple has certified WebObjects apps to run under Mac OS X, Windows 2000, and Solaris. Check the WebObjects Compatibility Guide (http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=72598) for details.
