Answering to some of the concerns to my problem - I have Mac OS X
Server 10.2.4. As mentioned in my earlier email, I am able to open
my application through Project Builder, build and then run the same.
It all works fine.
When I installed the WODeployment after installing WODeveloper, I was
not asked for the Deployment license key.
Should the application be deployed only through JavaMonitor ?
Why would I get an error when I try
"http://myHostURL/cgi-bin/WebObjects", I get the message "The request
could not be completed due to a server error"? Is there some
configuration problem. My test on cgi-bin with the URL
"http://myHostURL/cgi-bin/test-cgi" works well.
Thanks in advance for any kind of help.
Meena.

I hope you also upgraded OS X along with your WO upgrades. WO 5.1.2
is certified to run under OS X 10.1.4. WO 5.1.4 is certified to run
under OS X 10.2. If you haven't upgraded to OS X 10.2, I would
suspect that running WO 5.1.4 under OS X 10.1.x might be to blame for
your problem.
Is it because, I have I have both the developer and deployment
version in the same machine.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I have always assumed that for OS
X, WO Deployment is just a subset of WO Developer with a different
license key. So if you install Developer, you don't need to install
Deployment. Or put another way, your installing both shouldn't cause
a problem.

Art
